Jean Paul Gaultier: Diversidad e Inclusión
Abstract
Today, diversity and inclusion issues are on almost in all world agendas, be they political, social or economic. This is because the world is moving forward, not always at the ideal speed, but it is moving towards a proclamation of planetary human rights with the intrinsic idea that we humans are all equal without distinction of origin, skin color, race, sex or religion. Of course, depending on where we live on the planet, there are differences in how our rights are respected. In Paris, in the fashion sector and since the eighties, Jean Paul Gaultier has raised the flag of diversity and inclusion. A utopia or a very strong social message of high impact? His trajectory is exemplary in these issues and that is what this article is about.
