Diseño Social y Desarrollo: Percepciones sobre el Diseño Latino Despliegue y potencial del diseño en la actualidad
Abstract
Research Project 2.1 presents the historicity of the institutional relationship between the University of Palermo (Argentina) and the Postgraduate Program in Design of the University of the State of Minas Gerais (Brazil), in relation to the different areas of design and promotion social in Latin America. Aware of the enormous field of work that still needs to be established in our countries, it deals with the difficulties in facing and creating new paradigms, to understand how design plays a leading role in the processes of social transformation. In this task, our role is also noticed, not only as researchers, but also as professionals aware of our challenges and limitations, it impels us to act and create solutions that aim to improve lives.
