Abstract

Research Project 4.3 aims to investigate the diagnostic and / or propositional scenarios that move within the main problems of the project and disciplinary field, related to the demands that contemporary design faces. It reflects on five thematic categories that cover some of the current and projective demands of local and global design related: Design for Transition, Ecomaterials, Design Theory, Strategic Design and the Circular Economy. It is divided into two parts (a) The Designer as an agent of change initiated in Project 4.2, fundamentally with the Impact Report of the Implementation of the Experience Design in Perspective (Cuaderno 80: 173-239); and (b) with the opening of Project 4.3 whose explorations base their name on the idea of developing potentially useful lenses for developing visions of sustainable futures.
