Abstract

Research Project 16.2 presents -the 2010-2011 Cycle thesis works- whose articulation accounts for the extensive and qualified scientific work that the Faculty of Design and Communication of the University of Palermo proposes, in a classification of the Theses presented and approved during the different academic cycles. The Master in Design has been dictated since 2001, promoting professionals in the field of design, towards a complete training in methodological, technical and operational aspects leading to greater disciplinary integration. It allows the strategic link applied to the field of image, design and communications, achieving scientifically proven results in the professional and academic space. Throughout the two-year research process, each teacher discovers a space that transforms the proposals addressed in the empirical order, cementing a process that goes from the construction of a guiding idea to the development of scientific research, reaching various interpretations of the results and of the phenomena that produced those results.
