Abstract

In this issue of Notebooks from the Center for Design and Communication Studies, fashion is analyzed in a context of change from its multiple edges from a complex and exhaustive multidisciplinary journey. The analysis of each of the views that make up this Notebook, arise from concepts about fashion and seduction, which face a complex, heterogeneous and diverse scenario. Wherever the visions on the issues related to the discipline of fashion are crossed by theoretical and interdisciplinary intersections, shared domains, hybrid methodologies and convergent theories that make necessary a global, organizational perspective that, without disregarding the multiple nature of these theorizations, establish certain descriptive parameters, analysis and disciplinary weighting. The language of fashion is the one that transversally establishes its enunciative logics and organizational principles to impart a certain order in this diverse, fluctuating and often chaotic universe.
