Abstract

For the third consecutive year, the Faculty of Design and Communication of the University of Palermo in strategic alliance with the Faculty of Law of the University of Salamanca for research purposes continues in the line of analysis of Law and Design working interdisciplinary. The research line is protection and safeguarding of creative rights with sustainability. In 2022, Latin American School of Intellectual Property (ELAPI) joins the research, contributing to the specific matter of protection of fashion designs in Latin America. Study of sustainability is deepened here.
