El álbum de Eva. Visualidades de la memoria fotográfica de Eva Duarte como actriz

Abstract

These writings recover the story of Eva Duarte, the actress. The work is done with photograms of films, understanding the framing as space-time, as an optic phenomenon which imprints its texture with materiality, configurating the hypothesis of an Eva Duarte which goes back to Eva Perón in relation to the significances of History and it´s interpretation. La cabalgata del circo (The Circus´s ride) (M. Soficci-1945) and La Pródiga (The Prodigal) (M. Soficci-1945) are part of the developements of the film, without disconecting it´s imprint in the memories of an Eva that is interpreting herself. We inquire on the images in the context of the photographical album, not so much from a technical perspective on language, but more in a sense of a critical look on the footprints that every album recomposes. This proposal is made in the instance of the postdoctoral stay at the National University of Tres de Febrero, and is one of the concerns on the place of narratives, fiction and politics related to the meanings of peronism and the popular; while at the same time being rooted in a situated stance that enables playing with the idea of an album as a amalgam of creation, starting out from the films that have her as the protagonist in fiction.
