Abstract

Those who are immersed in the world of entrepreneurship and startups are surely familiar with Unicorns. It is common to hear this new concept: unicorn companies. Multinationals like Facebook, Xiaomi or Uber are. These are technology companies that reach an economic value of one billion dollars at some point in their capital raising process without being listed on the stock market, based on their business design. This term is used because they could be compared to those mythological animals, which were very difficult to catch. It seems arduous for an entrepreneurial project to reach that value.
