Chronicle of the application of the ethnographic approach in a software requirements engineering process
Abstract
This work exposes an experience of determining requirements in a software project from an ethnographic approach and its subsequent specification through use cases in UML (Unified Modeling Language) within the framework of the Professional Practice II chair of the Technique in Analysis and Development of Software. The objective is for students to address the processes of elicitation, specification and validation of requirements through a project that involves an external entity from an agile software development methodology, strengthening and training specific competencies of the future IT professional.
