Estudios sobre el liderazgo. Teorías y evaluación
Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo brindar una aproximación teórica- metodológica respecto del fenómeno del liderazgo. En virtud de que dicho fenómeno es entendido como un constructo complejo y multideterminado, se abordarán las diferentes corrientes teóricas que han tratado de explicarlo. Así mismo se intenta responder al interrogante acerca de la posibilidad de evaluar el mencionado constructo. Para responder a esta inquietud se presentarán las distintas metodologías empleadas en investigación y las posibles ventajas y limitaciones que revisten a la hora de ser aplicadas en la evaluación del liderazgo.
