Abstract

Discrimination and inclusion are behaviors that express themselves as two sides of a reality called diversity. Some of these behaviors are overt, but others remain latent and only crystallize disguised behind attitudes that appear correct but conceal intolerance or apathy. For this reason, this work will seek to understand the level of responsible acceptance of diversity within university culture.
