La protección del Diseño en Venezuela
Abstract
Venezuela has a developing panorama regarding designs and their legal protection, the development of the law and how it has been adjusted to the different needs has shown that it is possible to protect and enforce them. Currently, its legislation and the new proposals that are being worked on seek to adapt to the global environment and the needs of this, to protect and provide a correct protection of the rights of the interested parties has always been present, modernizing its mechanisms and adapting to the present and what is to come.
