Resumen

El marco del Diseño de Transición (TD) exige la integración de teorías de cambio al diseñar cambios a nivel de sistemas. Mientras tanto, una teoría del cambio describe la relación entre las acciones realizadas y los resultados obtenidos en el proceso de iniciar el cambio.
