Estímulo a la Investigación II: Catálogo de Investigación 2°Edición 2016-2019. Cruces entre lo profesional y lo académico
Abstract
Research Project 16.7 presents the second Research Catalog 2016-2019 of the Research Stimulus Program, which is organized according to three axes of conceptual thematic approach: Teaching Design, Visual Worlds, and Cultural Heritage. The Research Stimulus Program emerged as an incipient space for training and practice for the development of Design and Communications research; And since then it has grown remarkably, determining new proposals and ways of approaching theoretical knowledge, where Designers, Graduates in Communication and Art Theorists debate about the proposals and methodologies that arise in these areas, wondering what are the best sources and ways of organize knowledge. The Research, Development and Creation Policy in Design and Communication of the Faculty aims to combine the task of teaching, disciplinary development and professional practice as a participatory institutional environment, based on creation, production and research. It conceives its activity by guiding its projects around the creation of knowledge as transversal and integrative activities of all careers, promoting studies that promote the development of design and communications, taking into account topics of interest to society, within the framework of the changes that characterize the contemporary world.
