Factors that influence the organizational innovation of Mexican SME´s
Abstract
The present work shows a research that argues about the relevance of the interest groups as relevant internal and external sources in the process of organizational innovation, for which obtained findings of the literature revision are presented, where a series of concepts related to this way of innovation, and relevant works that show the relation of stakeholders management with the organizational innovation are presented as a literary base to explain the way in how this actors interact directly and indirectly with Mexican SME´s in this nature of innovation. To achieve that goal, stakeholders as managers, employees, clients, suppliers, competitors, credit institution and government are described as relevant interest parties in the process of organizational innovation in small and medium businesses. The conclusion of the work proposes that multiple interactions among interest groups in Mexican SME´s are fundamental factors that aloud to better understand the organizational environment, both internal and external level, and explain the introduction of changes oriented to improve the functioning of this companies, and therefore, describe the fundamental participation of manager in this organizational dynamic.
